Our Governance Structure
Grace Foundation is committed to the highest standards of governance, transparency, and accountability. Our governance structure ensures effective oversight and strategic direction in all our operations.
Board of Trustees
The Foundation shall be governed by a Board of Trustees, which serves as the highest decision-making body responsible for strategic direction, policy approval, and oversight.
Composition
The Board shall consist of five (5) to nine (9) members, including:

Leads the Board and ensures effective governance
Vice Chairperson
Supports the Chairperson and acts in their absence
Secretary
Maintains records and manages Board documentation
Treasurer
Oversees financial management and accountability
Programs and Impact Director
Oversees program implementation and impact assessment
Health and Safeguarding Director
Ensures health standards and safeguarding protocols
